By accessing this website or enrolling in any course offered by Apexmed, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Course Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment in any course is subject to eligibility criteria specified for that program.

Participants may be required to submit proof of professional qualification before confirmation of admission.

The Academy reserves the right to:

  1. Approve or reject enrollment applications
  2. Cancel admission if eligibility information is found to be inaccurate
  3. Modify eligibility criteria at its discretion

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that they meet the legal and professional requirements applicable to their practice.

  1. Scope of Certification

Certificates issued by the Academy indicate successful completion of training only.

Certification does not:

  1. Grant medical licensure
  2. Replace statutory registration
  3. Authorize independent clinical practice beyond legal scope

Participants are solely responsible for complying with applicable regulatory authorities.

  1. Fees & Payment Terms
  • Course fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated during enrollment.
  • Seats may be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
  • The Academy reserves the right to revise course fees at any time prior to confirmation.

All payments once made are subject to the refund policy outlined below.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Registration fees are non-refundable.
  2. If a participant cancels more than 15 days before the course start date, a partial refund (excluding registration fee) may be considered.
  3. No refund shall be issued once the course has commenced.
  4. If the Academy reschedules a batch, participants may choose to attend the rescheduled batch or receive a refund (excluding administrative charges)

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  1. Maintain professional behavior
  2. Respect faculty, staff, and fellow trainees
  3. Follow safety and hygiene protocols
  4. Adhere to academic discipline

The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

  1. Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, manuals, videos, and training content are the intellectual property of Apexmed.

Participants may not:

  1. Copy
  2. Record
  3. Distribute
  4. Reproduce
  5. Commercially use

any material without written permission.

Unauthorized reproduction may result in legal action.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Academy shall not be liable for:

  1. Professional outcomes after course completion
  2. Business success or financial performance
  3. Clinical results obtained by participants
  4. Any regulatory consequences arising from independent practice

Participants assume full responsibility for application of learned skills.

Users agree not to:
